Superior Service / Exceptional Value

Jeff listens. When discussing travel plans you have his undivided attention. There are no call interruptions and no hasty attempts to end your conversation. His sole focus is to deliver you the best travel vacation possible. You feel like you are his only client.

His agency delivers considerable value. They are affiliated with Virtuoso Travel. Virtuoso provides complimentary shore excursions, among other perks, on many cruises. I’ve been on six of these excursions. They consistently exceed those offered by the ship. Jeff also offers perks of his own, such as free pre or post trip hotel stays. If the hotel stay is not needed, don’t worry. He has plenty of other incentives to offer. He’s even open to your suggestions on these.

In my years of travel, I have never experienced such an exceptional level of customer service. This, coupled with his agency’s unparalleled value, makes Jeff a win-win. I highly recommend him.
