All-Inclusive Resorts are not created equal. The Barcelo Maya Resort complex is one of the original, premier resort experiences in this new and exciting destination. The “Tropical” hotel is a collection of 478 large and comfortable rooms, set on a long, white sandy beach. A Valid US Passport is required for this trip.
Your all-inclusive stay comes with:

Accommodations…Deluxe Garden View Rooms
These are large rooms with terrace or balcony views of the hotel gardens. They have fully-fitted bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite TV, alarm clock, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee-maker, ceiling fan, minibar, safe, telephone with internet data port*, voice mail and 110 volt electricity. Fitted with a king-size bed or 2 double beds and one single sofa-bed.

Dining…The “Tropical” hotel offers you 8 restaurants to choose from, 2 Buffet Restaurants, 2 Beach Snack Bars and 4 Ala-Carte Dinner Restaurants. So long as you have a shirt on and cover over your swim suit (plus foot wear) you can dress casually at any of the Buffets and Beach Snack Bars. But if you would like to dine more formally at one of the Ala-Carte Restaurants for dinner, Men will need to wear long pants and a shirt with sleeves and a collar, plus either closed sandals or shoes. Gals can wear Capri slacks and a top or a cocktail dress with fashion sandals. Please remember that the Ala-Carte Restaurants are air-conditioned and it may be a little chilly especially if you’ve been out enjoying the sun!
The Santa Fe Restaurant…is the resorts Steak House style restaurant, open for dinner 6-10pm. Reservations Necessary.
The Capri Restaurant… serves our favorite Italian Dishes nightly from 6-10pm. Reservations Necessary.
Bali Hai… brings Oriental Cuisine to your Mexico vacation experience, nightly from 6-10pm. Reservations Necessary.
finally, The Mare Nostrum… is our resort’s Mediterranean Seafood specialty restaurant. Open daily from 6-10pm. Reservations Necessary.
Guests who are staying at the hotel 3 nights, may dine in one of the Ala-Carte dining rooms one time during their stay. If you are staying 4-5 nights, you get two visits. 6 nights = three visits to Ala-Carte Dining, and for 7 nights, you have four evening meals in these fine restaurants. Make your dinner reservations upon arrival to the hotel.
Day and Evening Entertainment…
The Barcelo “Tropical” resort has a full-service Spa, fresh-water swimming pools, sea kayaking, windsurfing, tennis, snorkeling, mini golf and a fitness center with Yoga, aqua aerobics, and resistance machines. Want more? Talk to our tours manager and take an optional trip to the Mayan Ruins,* or dive in to the Palancar Reef, second only to the Great Barrier Reef of Austrailia.* (* additional charge)
At night, relax with a cocktail and friends while listening to live music shows on stage or dance to the newest heart-pounding beats in our disco.
