We initially contacted Bob in order to ask some questions about things to do in Cozumel. We had seen good local reviews for All-Inclusive Vacations online and thought they would have some good suggestions. After talking with Bob, we found we actually saved money by booking with him. The hotel was fabulous, we were upgraded to The Palace – The Tropical had only king beds available. The other Barcelo Resort was closed (fyi).
October is perfect, there were no crowds, all water equipment was available for unlimited use including the Catamarans (great fun)…..we almost extended our stay – we just could not get enough.  Beautiful weather, great service – thanks for the note to carry $1 bills – it would have felt wrong not to tip and the US currency was much appreciated.
We will definitely contact you when we are ready to plan our next adventure!  Thank you for the Anniversary Note and liqueur that you sent to our room – very nice touch!

Jamaica was wonderful! We took a tour that went to the Black River for a short cruise. (got caught in a rain storm on the river and got soaked…but the crocs didn’t seem to mind, they still put on a show for us). After that we went to the YS Falls and did a little swimming and hiking…stunningly beautiful! And finally the tour ended with a tour of the Appleton Estate distillery. I have to say that after our trip I am now quite fond of rum!

All in all the Riu was great. The food was excellent, and the resort was always immaculately clean. I can’t thank you enough for you help in getting our honeymoon booked! It was truely a vacation we will never forget! In fact, since we got back we found out that we are having a Jamaica baby coming around March 15th!

It seems that you have played a great part in our engagement with our mexico trip last year, and a great part in our honeymoon! However I think in the future we’ll be booking more family style all inclusive through you, something tells me that Lisa and I won’t get too much more romantic vacations in till the kids go to college. But hey that’s only like 20 years away! Until then I guess it Beaches and Atlantis and those kinds of places. Again Steve, I can’t thank you enough. The gift card, your service, everything…your service is excellent!

I’ve heard back from the competing travel agent on rooms only – not airfare.  Promises made, but not followed through on.  
So, I’ve decided that since you spent so much time with me last Friday, were so responsive, and you truly followed your motto – service, service, service, that we are going to go with you for our travel arrangements!
We have a draft “Save the Date” card that another daughter of mine created and I’d like you to take a look at it and let me know if there should be any changes as it relates to the travel section (see attached).  There is a front and a back side and they will be printed as such.

Christian & I want to say THANK YOU for everything!!!  We had the best time and enjoyed our Honeymoon more than I think either of us thought was possible – the Grand Sirenis was absolutely AMAZING!!!  We were so pleased with everything!  The food was GREAT, the service was awesome, the swim-up bar was wonderful and I must say we got quite a bit of use out of it!!!  The resort itself was gorgeous and our Suite was incredible!!!  The weather could not have been more perfect and even though I know you didn’t really have anything to do with that it still made our entire experience all the better )  I can honestly say Christian & I had the most relaxing & wonderful 7 days we’ve ever had!!!!! Not to mention the things you did on your own …WOW!  Upon check-in we were greeted by a lady asking if we were Mr. & Mrs. Todd and she gave us our gift certificate to the spa (which we used later in the week for massages) and then we were escorted to our Suite and we couldn’t believe all that was waiting….there was a bottle of champagne chilling, a beautiful bouquet of roses (which they replaced with another bouquet when those died), a bottle of wine, a bottle of tequila, a set of shot glasses, a little soap gift basket, and a towel made into a heart.  It was all so much more than Christian & I ever expected but I just wanted you to know how VERY much we appreciated all of it! Overall it was just AMAZING and I don’t know any other way to explain it!  Thanks Again for everything – we really enjoyed working with you and we can’t wait until you get to book our next vacation )

Last fall, my partner’s mother invited her on a cruise of her choice. By December, they still hadn’t made any plans for a spring cruise. I reminded them that cruises can book up very early, especially if they were going to be traveling during spring break. I felt he totally customized our trip for us and had a lot of experience in arranging cruise vacations that e freely shared with us. Since we waited so long to book our trip, he also was very prompt in returning my emails and phone calls and was always happy to answer my many questions. I want to thank you and your staff for recommending the Marival Resort in Mexico for our family vacation.
