Working with All Inclusive Vacations involves a unique approach to travel advisement and an efficient 4-step process.
Unlike other travel agencies and online travel sites, we rely on our approach and this proven process to ensure every client is thrilled with their vacation experience from start to finish.
Match Makers at Work for You
The first step in working with All Inclusive Vacations involves contacting us, but even before you take that step, the approach we take ensures we’re already working to your advantage.
We consider ourselves match makers rather than travel agents or salespeople.

Our job is to match you with the right destination and hotel or cruise for your preferences, needs and budget. As travel advisors, our goal is to simplify your search for the vacation of your dreams.
Our unique approach as “match-maker” travel involves a great deal of work that takes place before your even contact us:
We take work-study trips to stay on top of the latest developments in the destinations, hotels, and cruises in our specialty areas of the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Cruises.
We develop relationships with our suppliers, including:
Hotel representatives and managers
Travel package wholesalers. We develop relationships with many package wholesalers so we can compare pricing between them to provide you with the best value. Our biggest suppliers are Apple Vacations, Fun Jet Vacations, and Travel Impressions as well as all of the major cruise lines.
Destination management companies (for ground transportation and tours & excursions)
Foreign government tourism office representatives
We listen to feedback from our clients after they return from their vacations to continually refine our recommendations.
We take continuing education classes offered by the destinations, hotels, and cruise lines.
4 Steps for a Dream Vacation
The 4-step process involves:
- Contacting us
- Planning your vacation
- Communicating as needed during your vacation; and finally
- Follow-up service upon your return
Step 1: Contact
When you contact us about your vacation, you’ll discover we ask a lot of questions. We want to gain as much key information as we can to help match you with the best destination, hotel or cruise.
We ask questions such as:
Who’s going on your vacation?
What are your preferred dates, preferred destination (if you know) and flight preferences?
Where have you traveled before, and what were the pluses and minuses of those experiences?
What activities do you wish to engage in on your vacation?
What destination and hotel features are most important to you?
What special occasions will you be celebrating on your vacation?
What are your budget expectations?
What’s the best way to contact you with recommendations?
After you’ve answered the key questions that will guide the planning process, we’ll provide you with a realistic expectation of when you’ll receive our initial recommendations for your vacation.
Step 2: Planning
The initial recommendations we provide during the planning step include:
Flight schedules
Recommended hotels with their web links.
An explanation of why the particular hotels have been recommended.
Vacation package pricing with deposit required in order to confirm. (Package prices are only guaranteed once the deposit is made).
The price quote you receive involves full disclosure of all charges associated with your vacation up front.
We don’t like “Gotcha’s” when it comes to charges, and we know our clients don’t like them either!
The price we quote will include every possible fee and charge you will need to pay to travel, including hotel, airfare, taxes, ground transportation and any other charges or fees that are involved with your destination.
You can take your time reviewing the initial recommendations we provide and reply with any questions and concerns. You can share your likes and dislikes so we can refine the vacation package until it’s just right for you.
Planning your vacation is a true collaboration between your All Inclusive Vacations travel advisor and you. It’s a process in itself that involves listening to what you have to say, then providing you with recommendations, listening to your response – and so on.

We work together in a back-and-forth fashion to plan the details of the ideal vacation for you.
Once you’re satisfied with the vacation we’ve planned together, we’ll collect your deposit by major credit card, personal check, or cash.
Following deposit payment, we’ll provide:
Information and advice about travel insurance that can protect your investment and your health should the unexpected happen.
A comprehensive day-by-day trip itinerary.
An invoice with your payment schedule.
Information about optional available tours and excursions you can pre-book.
About 30 days prior to departure, we’ll provide you with the travel documents and vouchers you’ll need for your vacation.
Your personal travel advisor will be available to answer any questions or concerns that arise during the planning process. We can communicate by telephone, e-mail, fax and in-person appointments.
Step 3: During your Vacation
If an issue or need arises while you’re on your trip, you have multiple layers of assistance at hand:
You have easy access to destination management company personnel who can:
Provide assistance at the time of your arrival at your destination.
Help resolve conflicts with your hotel.
Assist with booking tours or excursions.
If a problem can’t be resolved satisfactorily by your hotel or destination management company representative, your travel advisor is available to step in and trouble-shoot.
Step 4: Follow Up Upon your Return
Once you’ve returned from your vacation, the process involved in working with All Inclusive Vacations draws to a close:
We’ll ask you for feedback about the destination, your hotel, your tours, and our service.
We’ll follow up on any service issues you may have experienced on your vacation.
We’ll ask you if it’s ok to contact you in the future with travel related articles and special offers so you can start dreaming about your next vacation!
How We’re Paid
When you work with All Inclusive Vacations, you don’t have to pay a dime for our services, including our knowledge, expertise and support during travel.
We charge an initial $50 consultation fee, but this is applied to the cost of the vacation you book with us.
It isn’t that we work for free! We do receive compensation for the match-making services we provide you, including the comparison shopping we do to ensure you receive a competitive price on your vacation package.
But it’s the vacation package wholesalers and hotels we work with that pay us commissions, not you.
We do not have to charge any booking fees with the exception of any airline tickets purchased that are not part of a vacation package.

Once at the PayPal site you’ll enter your payment information for the $50 consultation fee. Any major credit card is accepted. You’ll then receive a link to a Vacation Questionnaire form. Just complete the form and click submit.
