Part of being a great travel agent is understanding the difference between offering the right number of choices and overwhelming my clients with too many options. Fortunately, my years of experience have made me sensitive to where that fine line is.
A few other things I’ve learned over the last 21 years:

- Ensuring all details of a trip are carefully planned out
- Customize trips to match my clients personality and tastes
For example, I once booked a very special honeymoon trip to New Zealand. Because I took the time to get to really know my clients, I was aware of the type of events and excursions they would enjoy. So I timed their trip to coincide with a wine festival on the South Island and got them tickets to a Pink Floyd concert in Auckland. Then on their way back, I arranged to have them stay on a private island in Fiji.
Because I love to travel, I have been to many destinations around the world, including Italy, Fiji, Greece and Mexico. And when I travel, I make it a point to visit the resorts and destinations that I book for my clients so that I am familiar with them and can share true hands-on knowledge.
If you book your next trip with me, you will have an agent who has worked extensively with both individual travelers as well as large groups since 1993.
Why is this important? Because you need an experienced agent on your side when trouble strikes.
I once had to rearrange the travel for guests and members of a wedding party when their flights were canceled because of a large East Coast blizzard. Not only did I find new flights to the Dominican Republic where the wedding was being held, I also worked with the wedding coordinator, the bride and groom to reschedule the ceremony so everyone could attend.
It takes an agent with nerves of steel and a lot of experience to deal with a situation such as this. And if you book with me, you will have that agent working for and with you on your next travel adventure.

Bob takes the stress and guess work out of Vacation planning
Bob has planned several trips for our family from cruises, European destinations, and Mexico. Bob puts a lot of effort up front to show you what different resorts offer and pricing options. Once a destination has been reached, he shows many site seeing options if you wish. He stays on top of all of the details so all you have to do is pack and show up at the airport! He is delightful and I would highly recommend him!

This was the first time we ever did an all inclusive vacation. Plus the first time we flew into a foreign country. Bob explained everything so there were no surprises. What to expect going through customs, how to find our transfer agency, what to do at check in, everything. He was also very helpful choosing the resort.
If we ever do a similar vacation, Bob will be our fist call

No Stress Trip because of Bob
Per my sister's insistence, my husband and I decided to try an all-inclusive and through her friendship with Bob, we contacted him for guidance. After a few discussions through email about our likes and dislikes, Bob gave us approximately 8 resorts to choose from, but with each resort he added a thorough explanation of what each one had to offer. It was narrowed down to two and because of Bob's detailed description we chose one in Riviera Maya. Once we told him to book the trip, EVERYTHING was taken care of and it was truly the BEST vacation! We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend it by 3 days and once again Bob took care of everything! It was awesome to not have to worry about a thing! Also, Bob is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that I can't imagine planning another trip without his input and guidance. He is truly the best!

Bob takes the worry and planning out of travel!
Bob has planned 3 trips for my family (Cabo twice and Mazatlan once). He knows what we like and what we want out of a vacation. He takes the time to include information about things to do outside of the resort. We love the fact that Bob does all the planning. We tell him what we want and when we want it. We do NOTHING except show up at the airport. We don't travel much, but when we do, it will always be with Bob's help.

Bob Collishaw has been an amazing source of information for planning our adventures! We enjoyed a two week trip with Viking that Bob arranged for us - a total of nine people traveling from our area. With this trip and a number of others previous, we have never been disappointed and we are so thankful for his attention to detail. Even when unexpected events occur, airline strike for instance, Bob has ALWAYS been easy to contact and available to intercede with alternate flights, etc. Another nice perk is the fun and thoughtful surprises we've found in our quarters upon arrival! Flowers, wine and other treats to enjoy after long bouts of travel time. Bob is the travel guru that we plan on using again in the near future!
